DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please allow 5 working days for Royal Mail 24, 10 working days for Tracked 48 and 3 working days for DPD Next Working Day before contacting us for non-delivery. In the event of an order not received during this time period, please contact us at cs@vapourcore.com stating your full name and order number and order number. For missing orders, we can make a claim with the courier. This can take up to 30 days to complete for domestic shipments, and up to 90 days to complete for international shipments. After this time period has passed, we can then refund or re-send the missing order. We regret that we cannot refund orders before the courier has completed their full investigation as the item may still arrive to you. Please note: orders received after 2pm may be processed on the next working day. We will always endeavour to despatch your order as soon as possible, however despatch date and time may vary depending on the destination country and courier service used. Please note: If you request for the courier to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour, you assume responsibility for the security of the requested location. If the parcel is lost after we have dispatched, it will become your liability not the liability of Vapourcore for the loss. AGE VERIFICATION
Due to the nature of our products, and to legally comply with legislation, we use 1account software to verify the ages of our customers. If for any reason the software fails to confirm your age, you may be asked to self-verify on the 1account website. You can use your UK driver’s license, UK content-unlocked mobile phone, electoral roll details, passport or credit card. Once you have been verified through this process and have set up an account with us, you will not be asked to verify your age again. If your verification fails, your order will not be despatched, and you will receive emails from 1account asking you to verify. If we do not hear from you within a week of your failed order, we will automatically refund and cancel your order.
Where you have asked us to provide a restricted product or service, you consent to allow us to share your information with, and collect information from, One Account Mobile Limited (1account) and third-party providers of identity data to 1account. This consent is necessary for 1account to verify that you meet the minimum age and identity verification requirements as determined by relevant UK age restriction and other legislations. You consent to allow 1account to retain relevant data for the purpose of future verifications.
All data processed by 1account is subject to appropriate security measures. Data retained by 1account is subject to periodic review to ensure it is not held for longer than necessary. These Terms and Conditions are applicable every time you access our website and/or order goods from our website. Ownership 1.1 This site is owned and operated by Vapourcore Online Limited. 1.2 All rights in this website are owned by us. Any unauthorised use, copying or modification is prohibited. 2. Ordering Goods 2.1 All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order. 2.2 Any orders flagged to us by our bank account as suspicious or unusual may be subject to further investigation, including but not limited to the request that payment be made via an alternate payment method. This is to protect ourselves and the cardholder/customer from fraud or unauthorized use. We also reserve the right to ask for proof of identification. 2.3 When you submit an order to us on our website you will receive a 'bounce back' confirmatory email of this order saying that we are processing your order. You should check the email for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. This email constitutes acceptance of the order by us. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we despatch the goods to you. Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery. 2.4 Promotional codes are codes that enable customers to obtain benefits such as discounts, free delivery and free gifts. These codes are non-transferable so may only be used by the person to whom they are issued and must only be used in accordance with their terms and conditions of use. If you use a promotional code to claim a promotional benefit, you must first check that it was issued to you and that you are eligible to use it. Processing your orders and payment 3.1 Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled. 3.2 All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges are clearly highlighted when we confirm your order. 3.3 We reserve the right to apply discount codes, voucher codes and promotions to products of our choice. Delivery 4.1 Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our delivery services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. You will be notified of this when you place your order. 4.2 Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. This also applies to products sent direct from our manufacturers. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. 4.3 All items are subject to stock availability. 4.4 When we deliver your items you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them. 4.5 If an item is faulty please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy. 5. Privacy Policy Please make sure that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy which explains how we safeguard any data which you provide to us in order for us to fulfil your online order. 6. SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS: Only regular priced items may be refunded/ returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
